阿爾伯特·史懷哲（德語：Albert Schweitzer，1875年1月14日－1965年9月4日），法國通才，擁有神學、音樂、哲學及醫學四個博士學位。他生於當時德國阿爾薩斯-洛林凱瑟斯堡，半年後舉家遷往昆斯巴哈定居。當地位於法國與德國的邊境，所以在孩童時期能運用德法兩個語言。因為他在中非西部加彭創立阿爾伯特史懷哲醫院（Albert Schweitzer Hospital），而在1953年獲得1952年度的諾貝爾和平獎。
